Frequently Asked Questions

How many spaces can I create for free?

The free version allows up to 2 spaces (e.g., Personal + 1 Business). Upgrade to Pro for unlimited spaces.

How do I sync my data across devices?

Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on all your devices. Data syncs automatically via iCloud.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Pro users can export transactions to CSV format. Go to Reports → Export.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Countability → Cancel. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the billing period.

I accidentally deleted a transaction. Can I recover it?

Unfortunately, deleted transactions cannot be recovered. We recommend double-checking before deleting.

What currencies are supported?

USD, EUR, MXN, COP, VES, BRL, ARS, CLP, PEN, DOP, and CRC.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes! All data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud. We never have access to your financial information. You can also enable Face ID/Touch ID protection.
