Countability — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Countability ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Countability is a personal and business finance tracking application. The App allows users to:

• Create multiple financial spaces (personal, business)
• Track income and expenses
• View reports and analytics
• Set budgets and receive alerts
• Sync data across devices via iCloud

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of your financial records
• Keeping your device secure
• Backing up your data
• Complying with applicable laws regarding financial record-keeping

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Countability offers a free tier and a Pro subscription:

• Free: Limited to 2 spaces with basic features
• Pro Monthly: $4.99/month — unlimited spaces and all features
• Pro Annual: $39.99/year — same as monthly, with 33% savings

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

5. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. For refunds, please contact Apple Support or use the "Report a Problem" feature in the App Store.

6. Disclaimer

Countability is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is a tool for personal finance tracking and is NOT:

• A substitute for professional accounting software
• Financial, tax, or legal advice
• A certified bookkeeping system

You should consult a qualified professional for financial, tax, or legal matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Countability shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your personal financial data on our servers.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for violations of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
